Site Account Managers (SAM) - Customer Care:
GIS is committed to excellence in patient care. A customized team of transcriptionists are assigned to each specific account and are supported by Site Account Managers, dedicated to providing customer care service. GIS SAMs are responsible for the daily operational oversight of our customer accounts. They are extensively trained to flex their team with workflow volumes. Site Account Managers balance daily work volumes with their dedicated group of transcriptionists, speech editors, and quality control specialists to ensure consistent quality and turn-around time requirements.
