Quality Transcription
Global Info Systems’ quality process sets us apart from the competition, not just by our effort but the end product quality & accuracy. Transcribed reports are reviewed by experienced, quality assurance team members. Customer corrected final copy on site with the customer is defined as the ‘final copy’.
Document Delivery
Transcribed reports will be delivered in MS Word format. Downloaded documents can be edited, corrected or modified on site by your staff. Instances where the original copy is misplaced or misfiled, a duplicate copy can be printed off the PC with your text files.
Customer Service
Our world-class customer service begins with the implementation of our products, where a representative will develop an implementation strategy tailored to meet your dictation and transcription needs. Our customer service representatives are available during all business hours.
Security
Each Global Info Systems employee is required to sign a confidentiality agreement at the time of hire. Special procedures are in place to protect patient privacy and security. We provide continuing education through in-service training to assure that our privacy and confidentiality processes are strictly enforced. |
