All new accounts are monitored 100% for a minimum of 90 days by a dedicated QA team assigned specifically to that account. Continuous, daily quality audits are performed providing feedback internally to the transcriptionists, speech editors and site account managers. Ths flow of performance feedback information provides a continual training environment for the MTs and speech editors. Additional training is provided to focus on changes, trends and patterns of the dictators of each facility.
