PROJECT MANAGEMENT
GIS will assign a project manager (PM) to every transcription project prior to implementation. The project manager will be responsible for managing the project through the project life cycle. The PM will work with the customer to develop strategy for systems implementation and deployment into the production environment. The project manager serves as the single point of contact to the customer during implementation. The GIS Project Manager will be responsible for keeping all project team members, including the Site Account Manager (SAM) updated through personal contact and project documents. GIS Project Managers use a standard methodology and a set of project documents following an implementation model which allows them to provide excellence in service project management.
