To accomplish this, you are assigned a Site Account Manager whose job is to deploy your solution, oversee all aspects of production, and ensure your documents are returned on schedule with the level of accuracy and quality you and your physicians demand.

Every engagement begins with a comprehensive fact finding process that is designed to understand the specific requirements of your organization, as well as your expectations and culture before implementation starts. From there, we develop a customized action plan to ensure the most efficient implementation process and the highest level of accuracy, quality, and TAT results.
